We need your support to help deliver more affordable homes in Arun. House prices have risen significantly, making it harder for many local families to buy a home.
Currently, over 2,400 people are on the waiting list for affordable housing. Increasing supply is essential to meet local needs.
Our proposal, on a disused Airfield in Ford has been carefully designed to deliver:
- 1,500 new homes, including 50% affordable housing for local people;
- A new primary school, care home, and local centre;
- Green open spaces, play areas, and sports pitches;
- The Runway Park and Canal Park, celebrating the area’s heritage;
- Safe walking, cycling, and transport links to neighbouring communities.
