Over 170 local residents attended a two-day public exhibition to view the emerging proposals for The Landings, Ford. Exhibition boards, interactive maps, and feedback forms introduced the design code and the first Reserved Matters applications.

Feedback showed strong support for retaining hedgerows, reflecting the site’s heritage, and improving footpaths and cycle links to Ford Station. Concerns were also raised around drainage and traffic, which are being addressed with the community.
