Vistry has submitted the Design Code for The Landings to Arun District Council, setting out the quality, character, and design principles that will guide development across the site.

The Design Code was shaped by consultation with the public and the Community Liaison Group, including input on landscaping, the runway park, and the treatment of open spaces.

We will keep the community updated on the progress of the Design Code as it moves through the Council’s determination process.
