Vistry has submitted the first three Reserved Matters applications for The Landings, following the outline planning permission granted in 2023.

These applications include:

• The site’s infrastructure (roads, drainage, public open space, play areas);
• Phase 1 (North) – around 341 new homes;
• Phase 4 (South) – around 357 new homes.

 

The Reserved Matters will be reviewed by Arun District Council. Minutes from the Community Liaison Group, including updates on the applications, are available on this website.
